1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping Locations: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the India. We plan to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
5. Shipping Carriers: We primarily use Delhivery, Bluedart, Ecomm, Ekart, DH and FedEx for shipping. The choice of carrier depends on your location and the size of your order.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. boxes using USPS only. Please provide a valid P.O. box address at checkout.
7. Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Typically, deliveries take 3-7 business days after processing.
8. Shipping Delays: In rare cases, there may be delays in shipping your order. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email or phone.

Cancellation Policy
