1-Year Product Warranty

At Spy Eye Technology, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. To demonstrate our commitment, we offer a 1-year warranty on all our products from the date of purchase. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand the scope of our warranty.

1. Duration of Warranty:  Products which eligible for warranty purchased from Spy Eye Technology are covered by a 1-year warranty* starting from the date of purchase.

2. What is Covered: Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
Product malfunction under normal usage conditions.

3. What is Not Covered: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper handling
Normal wear and tear
Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
Accidental damage or damage caused by external factors (e.g., fire, water, impact).

4. Warranty Claim Procedure: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at contact@spyeyetech.com or visit us at our store:
Plot No. 7, Westend Marg, Lane No. 2, UG Floor, Saidulajab, Near Saket Metro Station, New Delhi 110030, India.
Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Describe the issue in detail and, if possible, include photos or videos of the defect for better understanding.

5. Resolution Process: Upon verification of the claim, we will repair the defective product or replace it with a new one at no additional cost.
If the product in question is discontinued or out of stock, we will offer a replacement of equivalent value or a suitable alternative.

6. Limitation of Liability: Spy Eye Technology liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

7. Additional Information: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
The warranty is applicable within the geographical limits of India.
